		<description>We have run Icinga on a VM (not these specific ones) for about 6 months and it has been as solid as a rock.  A virtual machine is more than good enough for a production environment IMO.

We were only using very basic functionality (2,000+ host checks, 0 service checks) with e-mail notifications, but it does what it is asked to do.</description>

		<description>The two times I tried to download the OpenSUSE version for VMware. I got some strange errors saying the file was 700 something petabytes. I downloaded the CentOS and it works fine. Not sure if it&#039;s only me, but thought I&#039;d let you know.
